Ensure that the heating ring or heating plate of each section of the equipment is in good working condition. The heating ring should be close to the outer surface of the barrel and die head to prevent the uniform diffusion of the color masterbatch in the mixing chamber from being affected by uneven heating. At the same time, the temperature of the feeding section is appropriately increased to make it close to or slightly greater than the temperature of the plasticizing section to speed up the melting speed of the color masterbatch.

Storage environment: The polypropylene masterbatch should be stored in a dry, ventilated, light-free warehouse to avoid moisture, exposure and high temperature. The storage temperature should generally be controlled below 20°C and should not exceed 30°C to prevent deterioration and caking of the masterbatch.

Packaging integrity: To ensure that the packaging of the masterbatch is intact and undamaged to prevent damage or leakage during storage and transportation. Unspent masterbatch should be heat-sealed as soon as possible to avoid open retention.
