Introduction to application of polypropylene masterbatch

Polypropylene masterbatch can be used for polypropylene filament, polypropylene staple fiber, polypropylene BCF carpet silk and so on. Polypropylene masterbatch is made of high quality domestic or imported pigments, treated by pigment pre-dispersion technology, excellent dispersion performance, yellow resistance, light resistance 7-8, migration resistance 5, dispersion 4-5. Color masterbatch can be prepared according to different requirements of customers.

Polypropylene masterbatch color matching process

1. Received customer color requirements. ① The customer provides standard color samples, which can be molded products, standard color masterbatches, or Pantone color numbers. ② Indicate the type of coloring resin, the type and model of the application equipment, and whether the finished product is an outdoor or indoor product. ③ Please indicate other special requirements, such as RoHS, REACH, EN71 and other certification requirements.

2. According to the customer's sample color and requirements. Generally, the sample will be sent to the customer within 2-3 working days, and the urgent consultation will be conducted separately.

3. After the customer confirms the color and performance, arrange mass production according to the customer's order quantity.
