In 2015, the Kazakhstan National Academy of Natural Sciences and the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences have written to the International Science and Technology Center of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, proposed by the International Eurasian Science Center of China Science Center led the establishment of the "International Silk Road Academy of Sciences."
