Our company specializes in producing SMS/SMMS/SMMSS composite non-woven masterbatch which is used for common spunbonded non-woven fabrics and has high requirements for flow performance, filter pressure performance, pigment fineness and temperature resistance. The NATURAL MASTERBATCH IS MADE OF HIGH QUALITY DOMESTIC OR IMPORTED PIGMENTS, and processed by our SPECIAL wet ultrafINE grinding pigment pre-dispersion processing technology. The dispersibility, compatibility and spinability are stable and reliable for a long time. At present, our masterbatch has been successfully used on SMS production lines such as Beijing Hongda, Norson, Italy STP, Germany Leifen, etc.

1. all the black, white ,colored and functional masterbatches pass ROHS,REACH standards, be free of various harmful substances such as AZO, halogen , free formaldehyde ,PAHs and so on
2. the flame retardant masterbatch has been tested by SGS company to be free of any items of phosphate flame-retardants.
3.the flame retardant masterbatch has been tested by HONGKONG standards and testing center to reach UK BS5852 standard.
4. the Anti-UV masterbatch has been tested by SGS company to pass USA ASTM D5034-09 standard.
5.the Anti-bacteria masterbatch has been tested by Guangdong Microbiological analysis& testing center to reach national standard of anti-bacteria and mould proof .
