Color Masterbatch for PET Synthetic Fiber
Brief Introduction
We have wide color range, complete color atlas. Black, white, Optical white and all kinds of colors are available. Different color requirements from customers can be met.
This series of color masterbatches can be classified into filament yam masterbatch and staple fiber masterbatch according to application fiber. These two types are applicable to different spinning processes. The former is for filament spinning equipment of such as UDY, POY, FDY and Polyester high tenacity yarn,etc.The latter is for staple fiber production equipment like TOYO textile machinery to manufacture colorful PET staple fibers.
The application of this color masterbatch refers to outdoor lightfast fiber, sewing thread, embroidery thread, Automotive trim carpet and ordinary civil fiber.
Directions of Application
Dry the masterbatch for more than 8 hours under the condition of 120°C before using. Start to spinning after homogeneous mixing with chips by masterbatch injector or hand stirring.
